We believe that best solutions are to be found if client and professional have a good understanding of each other which is why we are attentive with our clients. Regular contact helps bridging the distance between clients and the country where their affairs need to be attended.

Meeting our clients is extremely important but we appreciate that it may be difficult for them to visit us in Italy if they are based in the UK. Upon notice we can arrange with them meetings in London to overcome the inconvenience of a long journey to our offices. Our Italian clients can see us either in London, in Venice or at their own offices.

As we value our client’s cooperation in any problem solving exercise we require full disclosure of their facts. Clients can have swift access to the principal and any matter is dealt with under the principal’s close supervision, which is one of the advantages often given by a small practice such as ours.
